1. If you require a return or warranty claim, please begin by filling out the return request form.

2. Our return policy is 14 days from the date of delivery.

3. If your return falls within the guidelines of our return policy, we will send you an RMA# which must accompany your return, or the return will not be valid.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

If you would like to return any products under a 12 Month Standard Warranty or an Extended Warranty, you must first contact the SpeedPOS support team at contact@SpeedPOS.com.au You will receive written instructions informing you whether you have a right to return the products, and if you have a right, what you must do in order to return the products. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are returned safely. SpeedPOS will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or destruction during transportation of the products. products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in a re-saleable condition.
